Acceptance of Terms

By inviting and using Shrikk in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please remove the bot from your server immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Bot Usage Rules

Users must adhere to the following rules:

• Use Shrikk only for its intended purpose - music playback and entertainment
• Do not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse bot functionalities
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Do not use the bot for spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Respect music copyright laws and stream only authorized content
• Do not use automated systems to interact with the bot (self-bots)
• Server administrators are responsible for bot usage in their servers

Abuse & Misuse Prevention

We reserve the right to:

• Blacklist servers or users found abusing the bot
• Limit or restrict access to bot features
• Monitor command usage for abuse detection
• Report severe violations to Discord Trust & Safety
• Temporarily suspend services during investigations
• Implement rate limiting to prevent API abuse

Termination of Service

We may terminate access to Shrikk for:

• Violation of these terms or Discord's ToS
• Abusive or excessive API requests affecting service stability
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Service discontinuation or major updates
• Security threats or vulnerabilities

We will provide notice for non-emergency terminations when possible.

Liability Disclaimer

Shrikk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or maintenance periods
• Data loss or corruption (users should maintain backups)
• Compatibility issues with Discord updates or third-party services
• User actions while using the bot
• Music content availability or copyright issues
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
